The compact blasting machine XS55 (external dim. approx: W550(*) xD670xH940mm) has been
developed for blasting works of smaller surfaces. The basic
principle of housing design originates from 15 year old successful
history. Furthermore, essential technical achievement of longtime
experience with MasterFinish 75 series has been brought into this new
model. Briefly summarized, an economically priced, but technically
highly qualified blasting machine is born.
By using frequency converter, the
fan works with optimum efficiency in any revolution range, what is not
possible in case of using a dimmer.
The uncompromising revolution
speed control ensures efficient transport of blasting material and
perfect separation of dust and impurity.

The relatively large drying zone of
blasting material with heat capacity of 0 - 150W allows dying process
which is suitable for the blasting material without damaging it.
If required, the filter element
can be detached from blasting cabin and placed separately.
Digital displays (optional) of
blasting and pre-acceleration pressure make it possible to set the
pressure value exactly and thus reproduceable working process.
Cabin lighting of 24W gives
perfect illumination of working space.
