Externally heated system

Open gate system for multiple cavity moulds, only externally heated. Particularly suitable for flow-sensitive materials, also for application with sub-distributors. Not to be recommended for direct injection on visible surfaces.

Internal heated system

Open gate system for multiple cavity moulds with controlled internal heaters and unheated nozzle. Universal application for an injection weight to 600g per nozzle.

Internally and
externally heated system

Open gate system for multiple cavity moulds with internal and external heaters. Can be controlled individually when the temperature differences are extremely slight. Suitable for moulds with frequent colour change or for thermal-sensitive materials.
