XINJET Hotflow Nozzle enables you to extend the heat-conducting zone in an injection mould by energy-saving way.  This means a considerable material saving due to absence of gate sprue. Furthermore, there is no need to use band heaters on the inserted area or normally necessary temperature sensors and controller.

The XINJET Hotflow Nozzle guarantees a perfect melt transport up to insert depth of 100m without additional heating energy.

This nozzle can be used for all thermoplastics with melting temperature up to 450° C.  The surfaces which come into contact with the melting material are treated with tribofinish so that they are resistant against abrasive materials e.g. with glass fiber fillers.
